Mandrem, Goa – How to Get There

Mandrem is a small but beautiful coastal town located in the North of Goa, it is located North of Ashwem and South of Arambol. The water here is clear and the beach is practically isolated to enjoy the surrounding in peace and quiet.

Its not that difficult to get to Mandrem, just follow the Mapusa Main Road, heading North, passed St. Xaviers College until you reach a fork in the road, here take the left and then keep following this road. At St. Anthony’s church turn right and follow this road for quite a long distance, then take a left at the Agarwada Chopdem Village Panchayat, follow this road until you reach the Mandrem Beach.

However there are a few renowned places here like The Mandrem Beach Resort which is right next to the Mandrem market. Other places are Cuba Retreat Mandrem, Dunes Holiday Village, La Cabana Beach and Spa along with many others.

If finding a hotel or resort to stay at is difficult, there are other options, Dunes Holiday Village has put up a bunch of beach shacks that are let out to people looking for a place to stay. Some of them are huts on the beach and he has the other option of tree houses.
